The South Dakota Special Olympics is returning to Spearfish Thursday through Saturday on the campus of Black Hills State University. Thursday will be the opening ceremonies to kick off the 54th annual Summer Games at 7 p.m. in the main gym of the Young Center. Friday events begin at 9 a.m. and go on all day.
