Eileen Sittner Reed, 85, of Whitewood, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 7, 2019, at the Spearfish Canyon Health in Spearfish.

The funeral service for Eileen will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2019, at Calvary Lutheran Church in Lemmon.  Pastor David Baer will officiate with burial in Greenhill Cemetery at Lemmon.

A family service will be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday evening Sept. 10, at the Evanson-Jensen Funeral Home in Lemmon.

Visitation will be on Tuesday from 1-7 p.m. at the Evanson-Jensen Funeral Home.

Surviving family members include her husband, Rodney Reed, Whitewood; five daughters, Marlys Sittner (Boyd Sliper), Loveland, Colo.; Diane (John) Sooter, Ft. Morgan, Colo.; Susan (Steve) Sandgren, Lemmon, S.D., Cathy (Mike) Elliott, Woodward, Okla.; Christie Reed, Woodward, Okla.; two sons, Ron (Frances) Sittner, Moorland, Okla., Nathan (Marty) Reed, Blanchard, Okla.; 15 grandchildren, Niki Sittner (Guy Russie),  Brandon (Michelle) Sooter, DeeAndra Sandgren (Wayne Stevens), Lesley (Cody) Kling, Rachel (Kyle) Dalzell, Kedron Sittner, Brady (Rachelle) Sittner, Jared Mueller, Dustin (Ashley) Mueller, Jackson (Julie) Coats, Jeff Elliott, John Elliott, Andrew Moutray, Heather Annesley, Amber Griffin; 16 great-grandchildren; one sister-in-law, Alice Sittner Heinrich, McKinney, Texas.

A memorial has been established to Alzheimer’s research or the charity of the donor’s choice.
