BHSU soccer team defeats Western State

SPEARFISH — Black Hills State University returned home Friday night and earned a 4-2 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference women’s soccer victory over Western State at Ronnie Theisz Field, in Spearfish.

“We weren’t happy with our performance in the first half,” Yellow Jackets’ head coach Mike Greco said of a 45-minute stretch that ended in a 1-1 tie. “We just kind of came out at halftime and were determined to push forward."
