December was cold, so what better time that to gather hats and gloves for children. Throughout the month, the Black Hills Pioneer ran a subscription special with the intent of gathering those cold-weather items for local kids. It proved to be a success, and on Thursday, the Pioneer donated the clothing to West Elementary School.
