SPEARFISH — A new restaurant has been added to the Jackson Boulevard area to better serve the Spearfish community.

The space previously occupied by Sandford’s Grub and Pub at 545 W. Jackson Blvd. is now the latest Dickey’s location, which features the classic menu items patrons have come to expect, including slow-smoked meats and featuring 25 beers on tap. It adds a larger seating area and is putting the “bar back in barbecue.” This location also offers delivery.

“Community and barbecue go hand in hand, and our new joint is the place where everyone can enjoy delicious barbecue and gather for a good time,” said Dave Miller, owner of the Spearfish location.

Dickey’s Barbecue is known for its slow-smoked authentic, Texas-style barbecue and friendly atmosphere.

The new location is open every day from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and can be reached by phone at 717-6970.

Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants, Inc., the nation’s largest barbecue chain, was founded in 1941 by Travis Dickey. The fast-casual concept has expanded to more than 550 locations in 45 states. For more information, visit www.dickeys.com.
