Farris, Muchow awarded Bobbi Sago Conservation Merits

DEADWOOD — Judy Farris and Jim Muchow were awarded with Bobbi Sago Conservation Merits at the 2019 West River History Conference Saturday Oct. 12.  

The merit is given to someone who actively supports and promotes the improvement of historical materials and the mission of the West River History Conference.

Farris volunteers with various organizations including the Tri-State Museum, Fassbender Photographic Collection and the city of Deadwood Archive. Muchow volunteers with the Fassbender Photographic Collection.

The merits were given in memory of the late Bobbi Sago.  Sago was the special collections librarian and archivist at Black Hills State University.
