Belle Fourche AmericInn honored with national award for guest satisfaction

BELLE FOURCHE — The staff at the AmericInn brought home the 2018-2019 Hotel Quality of the Year Award for the AmericInn by Wyndham hotels once again.  

This hotel attained the highest guest satisfaction scores through guest surveys and online reviews out of all AmericInn by Wyndham locations nationwide.  

Led by Greg and Stacey Raisanen, the staff at AmericInn by Wyndham serves from their hearts to provide a clean and comfortable hotel for their guests.  

Connie Whitaker has lead the housekeeping staff for over a dozen years and has ensured that the staff is well-trained in their processes. The hot home-style breakfast is mentioned over and over on the reviews and is a basis for the award.  

“It takes the entire staff’s willingness and dedication to ensure a great stay,” Greg Raisanen said. “We value and appreciate the staff.” 

This is the 10th award of this kind out of the 12 years it has been awarded since the opening of the hotel in May 2006.
